Customised shirts are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically based on your story, artwork, and preferences
We request customers to carefully review all customisation details before approval from the designer.
2. READY-TO-WEAR PRODUCTS
Returns are accepted only if:
The product received is damaged or defective, in which case an image must be uploaded by the customer on the website.
A request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
Customers will be able to return on the basis of size differences, given that it would take another 7-10 business days as CINEMA.in only complies with products on made to order basis.
The product must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Returned with original tags and packaging intact
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
Customers will be able to return on the basis of size differences, given that it would take another 7-10 business days as CINEMA.in only complies to products on made to order basis.
Customised products are not eligible for exchange
To avoid size issues, kindly check the size chart provided by the brand in case the fit of a product is oversized.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is from our end. A return shipping fee of INR350 will apply, unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
