Customised products are made specifically based on customer inputs

CINEMA.in  strives to display products with accurate descriptions, images, and prices. However, we do not guarantee that product details, availability, or pricing will always be error-free. 

All our products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, errors, or misuse of our services.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways

5. ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them (custom orders excluded)

CINEMA.in reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of errors, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability

Customers may request a return/exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

Certain items, such as sale items or customized products, are non-returnable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15-20 working days after quality checks.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to process and ship orders within the estimated timelines mentioned on the website. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery charges applicable will be mentioned at checkout.

CINEMA.in is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or events beyond our control.
